When will I receive my print?
Usually within 2 weeks
When will I receive my original painting?
It will be dispatched a few days after your order is processed, however, if the existing frame it is in requires changing it could take around 4 weeks.
What Frame will I get?
Once your order has been processed we will contact you to discuss framing options. There are a variety of frames to choose from.
How will I hang my frame?
You may require a string on the back or alternative hanging method. We can discuss the options available to you once your order has been processed.
Do frames come with glass?
Yes, except for oil paintings which are protected with a coat of varnish. If you would like plastic as an alternative to glass we can discuss this option when your order has been processed. The price may differ slightly from that advertised.
Do you post outside the UK?
Yes. Postage prices are calculated once your order is processed and your requirements agreed. Postage price is additional to the prices advertised.
I live locally, can I pick up my purchase?
Yes. If the destination of the artwork is reasonably local it can be personally delivered, or picked up from the Artist’s studio.
